正好拿來做這個bookmark已久的曲奇
味道還不錯
原來鮮奶油也可以做餅乾
下次有剩下不多的鮮奶油就不會浪費了
食譜: 愛廚房的幸福之味
材料:
有鹽奶油 60g
糖粉 30g
動物性鮮奶油 30g
低筋麵粉 85g
可可粉 10g
做法:
1. 低筋麵粉和可可粉攪拌均勻過篩備用
2. 軟化的奶油加入糖粉打發
3. 分2或3次加入鮮奶油攪拌均勻, 確定攪拌均勻後才加入下一次
4. 加入過篩的粉類用刮刀拌勻, 做成自己喜歡的造型
5. 預熱烤箱160度, 20分鐘
