做了這個可愛的小糕點
食譜: Butter, Four & Me
我的份量:
2個小矽膠杯子模+8個迷你矽膠模
材料:
南瓜泥 120g
細砂糖 30g
鹽 1g
低筋麵粉 50g
雞蛋 1個
鮮奶 120g
表面裝飾: 白芝麻 (我省略)
做法:
1. 烤箱預熱
2. 模具塗上一層薄薄的奶油以防沾模
3. 把南瓜泥+細砂糖+鹽攪拌均勻, 篩入低筋麵粉拌勻
4. 蛋液+牛奶攪拌均勻, 加入做法1的麵糊裡攪拌成均勻的南瓜麵糊
5. 倒入適量的南瓜麵糊進模具裡, 撒上芝麻粒
6. 170度, 35分鐘或熟即可
